To use SchoolSphere, you must create an account using a supported sign-in method (Google, Microsoft, or Apple). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it.
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

You retain ownership of all data you provide to SchoolSphere. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You can export or delete your data at any time from within the app Settings.
SchoolSphere offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid features are described within the app and on our website.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

The SchoolSphere name, logo, and all related software, designs, and content are the intellectual property of SchoolSphere and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
You may not use our branding, trademarks, or content without our prior written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
School event dates and information extracted from emails are provided for convenience only. Always verify important dates directly with your school.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SchoolSphere shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time from within the app Settings. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the breach.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
