SchoolSphere is built and run in the UK by a small team. Email us and a person reads it — usually the same person who wrote the code.
The fastest way to reach us. Include your account email and, if it helps, a screenshot.
support@schoolsphere.appAccess, correction, deletion or any question about how your data is handled.
support@schoolsphere.appMost issues fall into one of these.
Check these in order:
Still nothing? Email us the date and subject line of an email that should have produced an event and we'll trace it.
Go to Settings → Connected accounts → Add mailbox. For Gmail or Outlook, sign in with your provider and grant read access. For iCloud, generate an app-specific password at appleid.apple.com and enter it — SchoolSphere connects directly over IMAP to look for school mail. All three connect directly; other providers use forwarding instead.
You can disconnect at any time from the same screen, and disconnecting stops all further processing immediately.
Tap the event and edit it — corrections stick and won't be overwritten.
If a particular school or sender is consistently misread, send us an example. Extraction accuracy improves from real cases and it's the most useful thing you can send us.
In the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete account. This permanently removes your account, your children's details, your events and any connected mailbox links.
If you can't access the app, email support@schoolsphere.app from your account address and we'll action it for you.
Subscriptions are managed on our website rather than in the app. Sign in at schoolsphere.co.uk/subscription to view your plan, update your payment details or cancel.
Cancelling stops future billing and you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Mail is read only to find school events, dates and deadlines — the AI provider keeps nothing. The text is saved with your account so events stay complete and can be re-checked, visible only to your household. We don't sell data and we don't use your mail for advertising.
The full detail is in our privacy policy.
Go to Family → Invite and send an invitation. They'll see the same calendar, so school dates stop living in one person's head.
Email support@schoolsphere.app with what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. Your device model and iOS version help, but don't worry if you're not sure.
Write to support@schoolsphere.app. There's no ticket queue and no chatbot — just tell us what's happening and we'll pick it up.
